What was Jesus' message, what He stood for from the first section of readings in the worksheet [worksheet.] [Each student can take one to read and discern.] What are you willing to follow? After discussion, give students some time to write their thoughts down in journals.[break] |

Before beginning, pray as a group to the Holy Spirit to enlighten your thoughts and discussion. Pray, read, reflect, share, proclaim. In discussion, determine who Jesus is according to your Gospel reading. What does it tell you about Him? Respond to this reading by coming up with a skit or some other creative way of presenting the ideas of this reading to the other groups, so they can learn what your interpretation of this reading is. If this is in a classroom situation where you see each other again the next day, you could begin it here and finish it and present it in subsequent days, depending on your time constraints.
